Selective Placement Factor:
This position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) based on a 5 minute sample with 3 or fewer errors. You must be type at least 40 WPM based on a 5 minute sample with 3 or fewer errors. Current Civilian Employees of the Organization Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes using software programs to review and create a variety of document and/or reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05). OR You have successfully completed a half year (i.e., 9 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. Education must show successful completion of at least one-half year of graduate education directly related to the position, including graduate courses leading towards a Masters in Business Administration, Public Administration, or in a related Administrative Science or Administrative Studies field. OR You have the specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have some graduate level education as described in B, but less than the required half year. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education by 9. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.). Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
